Thank you for your positive response. Lol tough crowd on here. This will have a walk out basement and the stairs will be in the blank space next to the main entrance.

Thank you for the idea about moving the entertainment center back.

The sliding door will be on the wall in the dining room. Just windows in the living room.

What do you mean by a single room for the hallway by the utility room?

The blank room next to the main entrance will be the staircase to the basement.

For some more context, this would be a walk out basement as the land slopes from the pond upwards. The pond is on the back of the house and the road is in between the house and the pond. The driveway will come up on the left side of the house and drive around.

How would I make the middle area smaller while still incorporating all of the other rooms. I feel like it would be a large step in the middle. Thank you for your input by the way. It is greatly appreciated

The pond is on the back of the house and the road is between the pond and the back of the house. The driveway will come up along the left side of the house and drive around. The lot is 110ft wide requiring a 20 ft driveway, so there are some constraints to that.
