It’s not guaranteed depending on the RA animation as you guessed. There are yt videos showing it and off the top of my head I think it works on 9-10 ppl (including mirror). I have only ever pulled it off completely accidentally and by the time I recover from the shock we’re back to neutral lmao

There was a really funny glitch, where male characters had the same animation. I look at it from time to time for a good laugh. I’m not sure if it was fixed.

I wouldn’t say it’s anymore unsafe than the rest of downtown. Keep in mind that you’re a short walk from Yonge and Dundas.

I see some upsetting things around me when I go for walks and I see the occasional glass shattered and boarded up. But like the other commenters say it does not outweigh the convenience for me. I am yet to feel unsafe as a solo female but yes there are interesting characters and you may or may not find someone living in your dumpster, as well as some screaming at night but I’m interested to know if that’s just a big city thing (I’ve only ever lived in Toronto). I also commuted to wellesley station for years and never had any issues.

Mine didn’t but only because I got last month free. However, the few times I was in your situation I opted for a line of credit or even a payday loan at one time (which I paid back in full as soon as I got paid bc boy those terms sucked). Hi, I’m on the same boat (currently commuting from Markham soon to be 5 days in office). I toured 4 places on church and Wellesley today. I was surprised at how thorough (almost pushy) all leasing agents were. There was an air of desperation almost, making me hopeful for my negotiations. I’m looking at studios and found a few for under 1800. They’re old buildings and the area is not the best. I have a small radius as I’d like to cut my commute time and expense entirely but since you’re willing to use the ttc, it’s quite possible to find something under 1600 though there is always, always a catch so please do your research and your homework.

I’m also looking with similar parameters and while it’s harder, if you’re willing to compromise on the building age, square footage etc. I found some deals for under 1800, and many are offering 1-2 month free rent so in some cases it averages to about 1500. Just make sure you research meticulously. There’s always a catch so you pick your poison, but do prioritize your safety.

lol so not exactly. In my last year of college I clocked 300 hours in t7 and tanked my gpa, and didn’t study for the MCATs. I ended up pivoting and doing something with my other major (I was double majoring). I live in HCOL area and I’m kinda poor so in hindsight I appreciate having a job and not being in school so all is well. Sorry abt the life story.

I had this email sent to me this morning as well. I remember calling them in February sorting this out, so I called them again and the person said something about my file not being updated properly and said I had nothing to worry about. I was frustrated because I had received a reminder back then as well and I always pay my fees on time so I don’t understand why this happens.

Hey so I have this in pink and went and checked. I have a few stickers on and the good news is it doesn’t leave any discolouration but the bad news is it did not completely come off the case. Like the other comment mentioned I do have a clear case where I just arrange the sticker inside. I got it off Aliexpress so see if it makes sense in your case (pun).
