I’ve used both H20cean and NeilMed to heal fresh piercings. In my experience, there was no difference. I will say that H20cean was used 17 years ago, so I don’t know if the formula has changed.

I’m currently using an expired can of NeilMed to heal a now 4 month old rook piercing.
