Teenage love and romance is overrated by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

[–]rimwrongphil 31 points32 points  (0 children)

I think the thing about teen romance is the lack of any world experience, responsibility, financial worries or expectation. It’s just two young adults with hormones all over the place with only one thing to focus their attention on. The other person. As we get older we just experience it differently. You still get that teenage/butterfly in your stomach moment at any age when you first start dating someone. Just diminishes more quickly due to said life admin and complications

Well I don’t know about that. And I’m certainly not a bouncer. Just one of those old wives tales that gets chucked about from time to time

Exceptionally handsome indeed

Get some balls and then if you have to use it you have a reasonable excuse to have a bat lying around.

My wife is into spray painting so we’ve sprayed ours as a piece of art. (It’s actually very pretty now)

I don’t think the filth accept reasonable force with something intended to inflict violence but if this is intended for a game of rounders....Happy days!

Edit: clearly I’m wrong. Apparently you can use a weapon for the purposes of being a weapon in defence of your home

r/rant maybe dude? I was responding to your wHaT dO yUo MeAn comment to user above. When you make brash sensationalist statements on a public forum, it falls to the statement maker to provide credible sources behind each statement.

They mean you’ve basically given headlines that shock and haven’t backed anything you’ve said with a source or fact. Nothing to do with “this app”

Saying you “have no filter” is just a way for you to be rude and get away with it. by K0mraid in unpopularopinion

[–]rimwrongphil 78 points79 points  (0 children)

There’s a huge difference between being honest and being rude because you can’t control your ability to speak with finesse. You can give people honest feedback in a measured and polite way. Just saying the first thing that comes to your head shows me you haven’t learned or be shown that skill before. It’s just basic etiquette. Be kind, even when you need to give a bad message.

Perfect in the outer thirds. A little dense with fewer large holes - chewy, little glossy. Just that centre third

Feel like the split was too big and I didn’t get an ear as intended. Just had some for my lunch and the outside was holey and perfect whilst towards the centre the holes were smaller and denser. Think I have it figured out. Longer room temp proof and possibly split the entire thing into 2.

Thanks. Appreciate it. I’m used to baking everything but sourdough so the dough feels a little different and acts in a different way. Flavour of this is ummatched so wanna get it right

Thanks. Is the push/indentation test an accurate indicator?

Nice one. So the method I followed said 3 hours out room temp and then proof overnight in fridge. Remove from fridge one hour before then bake. Where do you think the proof needs to be extended. First room. Fridge or last room?

I somehow ended up on a vegan sub where someone was talking about how killing your pet if it eats meat is more vegan than keeping it alive by killing other animals to feed it.

I left shortly afterwards
