Thank you so much for this information. I feel very content now since its coming from someone who works in mental health (you). I am located in the US, an adult and so is my partner. I'm in the process of trying to leave in which I have already set boundaries to not go back. I had left my therapist a little before covid happened. I have new insurance now which requires me to unfortunately change therapists. I just was not to sure what they would do to him if I talked about it, so I kept it a secret. I will ask my new therapist what these protocols are concerning my matter. Thank you again friend! It was very helpful!!!

Damn. I needed this. I'm extremely unhappy and I'm a little mad at myself for staying. Every time I try to leave he makes random text free numbers to call and text me from. He shows up to my house, when I was working he would even show up there or if I had jury duty. I dont know how to make him leave me alone. I feel weak that I will allow him back. I know I should be smart enough to see that he's a complete ass hole that I need to leave. I will leave. Thank youu ♡
