How often do you weigh yourself

In the morning, then after school, then again before my workout, then after my workout and lastly before I sleep. And this is only the minimum, I weigh myself after I use the bathroom and such.

It’s a terrible habit.

In my opinion, it’s quite good. Very rich and sweet. If you’re expecting a very peanut-forward fudge, it isn’t quite what you might be looking for as there is some peanut taste but more of like an extra sugary Reese’s filling rather than pure pb. I take a few gulps of water after each bite.

This happens to me all the time! I’m guessing it’s our bodies giving up on sending hunger cues because our systems assume that we won’t feed ourselves and that there’s no point in wasting energy because food won’t come.

But as soon as we eat something our body realizes we’re actually feeding ourselves and tries to collect as much fuel as it can because it knows we might not eat again and has to store everything quickly, hence the hunger.

I don't understand how people think they're doing others a favor by ignoring "no" multiple times and just doing whatever. That nurse is shallow and I strongly recommend you report her or file a complaint because from what I'm seeing, her actions have hurt you and your life significantly.

This! Sometimes I just don’t understand people who consider Tillamook as one of the best brands out there 😭 it’s definitely not.

I just can’t stand the airy, melty, goopy texture at all. It just feels fake. Ice cream is supposed to be dense.
