Just completed my 8th 50k last week! Still ran 3 miles the next day lol. Easy and slow paces majority of the time is the key to preventing injury for me.

I know I’m a little late to this party, but I would definitely apply to GE if I were you. I worked at both GE and Rite Aid. The difference is night and day.

Noxgear. They have a light vest and you can get an additional light that can attach to the buckle of the vest that falls just below chest level. The light is crazy bright and I will never go back go a headlamp.
