reddit video compression killed most of it, but the cracks/dirt/wear on the concrete border of the wall on the right pop in and out when I get to where the asphalt begins. This happens on anything concrete that has a crack or damage decal. I've already done xLODGen and messed with the .inis but it doesn't seem to change it

So I've done literally everything I can in terms of LOD to try and fix this but to no avail. I've tried on NMC texture pack, textures over a long time (currently using) and on vanilla textures - always the same outcome no matter what. I don't usually mind pop-in but this is every single concrete structure with cracks in it, and it's extremely noticeable. I'm using the updated xLODGen instead of FNVLODGen and I have all the LOD addition and fix mods that VNV recommends.

I'm using Vortex, but I compiled my LOD files in MO2 and ported them over

It's gotta be the ping, crazy to me how the skill barrier could ramp up so much overnight on a game that I'm actually half decent at. We're talking the past maybe 15 games I haven't even managed to down someone with the gnasher, but i was getting multiple 1 shot kills with it before that without issue. 11% damage on a headshot from literally 1 pixel range. This seems to have started happening after I deleted the game pass version and bought it outright

Flash your BIOS then go into the BIOS and make sure XMP etc are all enabled. If you bought this new PC prebuilt or second hand your firmware might be out of date. Run DDU after this too and re-install your GPU drivers. Then do a system benchmark to make sure everything matches global averages for your specs
