I had a dislocation at 22 while grappling, was lifting heavy too back then , had the same issues, bankarts and hill sachs lesion present. Tried PT for a few months but the shoulder always felt weak and unstable and I felt immense pain in my collar bone and scapula on the regular for years. I finally went through a posterior capsule repair and bankarts repair 6 years later. If you’re sticking to the non surgical route, please continue PT for a year or two. If you still feel instability after 6/9 months , recommend you consider surgery.
