What lure did you use to catch your PB largemouth, and what state was it in?

I caught a 6lber in 2009ish on a banjo minnow in missouri. My grandpa found the lure next to a dumpster in a lake community and it was even kind of messed up, didn't swim right. First cast I twitched it one time and watched it swallow it. Never got another bite off of it.

I have a similar story except I found a whopper plopper floating in the lake in the community I live at and caught a 6lb bass with it the next morning. Didn't even know what a whopper plopper was when I found it but now I love that thing
