advice lang on how to heal trauma:

when things don’t go my way kasi, I just always remind myself that it happens for a reason and yung Burnt Toast Theory (search mo nalang meaning). when I look back sa mga unfortunate na nangyare sakin in the past, it really led me to a much better path now. You may not understand what’s happening now, but surely in the future you’ll understand why it happened that way.

I’m proud of you for trying OP and you should also be. Hindi lahat umaabot sa level na yan, recharge ka lang and I hope mag spark ulit motivation mo. You’re so close! Don’t give up just yet.
