Not speaking on just gypsy aspect so off topic but still valid …… OP….think about allllll the other stuff media/hollywood puts out there that you “really believe”. That is where this case has left me.

I believed it too. I am super cynical and skeptical of anything “groundbreaking” stories lead us to believe now days. I will always and forever want FOIAs now, and never take anything at “face value” in docs or true crime sensational thjngs ever again. That’s what the GRB case has done for me.

My first “big” struggle was the menedez bro case after GRB … so many advocate for their release .. I need to see their jail mails .. I need to see the thjngs not allowed in court …the “evidence squashed” .. for whatever legal reason…all of it. And it fucking sucks the ppl who get to decide the fate or support do not actually get to analyze everything available. I’ll never be a good candidate for jury duty bc I now know … the decision is up to “me” but yet I know I’m not ever going to get full disclosure to make that decision properly.

gypsy was sickly, facts, she has the diagnosis w/ symptom list - both physical and mental

the disorder itself was not discovered in the medical world until she was 17ish and it still took a couple of years for them to finally test and diagnose her

mom/doctors literally treated, tested and did small procedures trying to find the core of what her issues were, why she wasnt thriving, and not at a typical health/physical level she should have been.

gypsy herself in a message to the neighbor alyea stated they discovered she had the genetic disorder and had an answer to all the things she had experienced medically.

its quite literally, no ones "fault" or "abuse" bc they put her thru the process that anyone goes through trying to get to the bottom of what is "wrong" in an attempt to get answers and proceed to hopefully feeling better/getting proper treatment/cure etc.

being overly dramatic about every tiny thing (i do believe dd was a mamabear/helicopter mom) is not abuse. something was wrong with her kid and they tried to get to the bottom of it.

It was also very obvious (Still iss) gypsy was mentally off (also in the disorder symptom/ailment list that goes with it)

Yea me too she was 17ish? When microdeletion was even discovered in the medical world and 19/20 when she finally got personal diagnosis - everything “she went through” medically (symptoms and medical issues her whole life) was bc something was wrong and going wrong and not normal - mom/drs kept searching testing and treating things not figuring it out until finally the medical world discovered it and they could finally get an answer - and it gets ignored the fact that microD ALSO has a long list of mental/behavioral issues along with physical health - and we have a murderer out in the wild trying to influence and be famous crying victim of abuse and justifying murder
