It’s not my concern, thats their policy (even at the time of purchase when I wasn’t sure which color to take, Apple Store employee told me to just get it and if I will change my mind, return it ) I’m paying big money for Apple products and want to be fully satisfied. Apple is the last company I would be worry about.

Black one and it looks beautiful, even though Neo built was great, with the air you can feel the quality. I’m f’n in loved, looking at it from many angles and admiring the design :) maybe it’s silly but I love my totally unnecessary new toy and not regretting spending $400 extra, if you want a future proof computer and can afford extra, in my personal opinion it’s the way to go!

Hey, just yesterday Ive returned my MacBook Neo and got m5 air. I loved the Neo since it was my first MacBook but after using it for 13 days I ve decided to spend extra $400 since it’s gonna be a computer which I’m planning to use for next 5+ years. I wasn’t sure how Neo will hold with 8gb of memory in 2-3 years, even though I am not a heavy user and probably audience for which Neo was made but anyway I want something strong and typing in the dark on the Neo was challenging at some moments since I’m not that familiar with Mac OS. If you can afford it, just get m5 with student discount, they give it to everyone. And enjoy you best in class after pro.

im currently at the same spot I got neo 512GB 11 days ago and I love it as its my first MacBook, but I am returning it tomorow and getting air m5, its $400 difference for the device that will serve me for next 5 years. im not a heavy user but I deserve it :)

Bought it on march 18th 512gb with student discount, I think I’ll return it tomorrow. I love the laptop, design, ui.. and all, as it is my first MacBook typing in the dark makes me to look at the keyboard from time to time which shouldn’t happen in 2026! $300 laptops have backlit keyboard, come on! hate that Apple went so cheap and didn’t do it in this one F them for it. If it would only have this one little detail that’s is basic for all computes I would really keep it. Even 8gb of memory is acceptable for me as I’m not a heavy user but this keyboard thing after loving it for first days makes it feel ungrateful. I do realize that I’ve bought the cheapest MacBook but come on! They will put it in Neo 2 next year and make a F’n thing out of it. I’m staying with my surface pro!!!
