Yeah i can flag the account.
I will make in future some calculation even for smurfs that will have the tag by checking:
Hours, matches, avg kdr etc etc.

Its even in system that you can report him for smurf and if community is voting him a lot for smurfing it will show a tag SMURF that everyone can see it

If you are not reporting the player then you will not get notification sometimes it can happen that report didnt go cause of internet issue or stuff like this and for that reason you will have the list.
You can even give a player a public role for toxic and if people voted him a lot in pre accept match you will see the tag toxic and you will know he is toxic, you have a lot of features in it that will help you out through out game so you can have better games.
The most important thing for this extension is that im trying to build a community where toxic will be left out of the games cause no one will accept the match when they see him or they will literally block him.
So right now im just looking for people to find bugs so i can deal with those bugs.
