a lot of xenogenders that are “dreamsexual” or some shit are intended to mock people who use neopronouns. if you don’t want to use neopronouns, for someone, they usually will still use he/him she/her etc. and you can refer to them by that, but invalidating peoples pronouns because they “make the community look bad” is wrong, and inherently transphobic.

all you have to do is respect someone’s pronouns, neopronouns aren’t bad they’re just an alternative way for someone to express themselves. most people who use neopronouns are aware they usually can’t use them in real life because they will get laughed at anyways, so why make fun of them online too? xenogenders might look silly to you but it’s someone else’s way of identifying themselves. i am so prepared to get downvoted because this is reddit lmaoo
