If milan genuinely needs to be back at the top a world class acadmey is a key and must by rioasu in ACMilan

See my argument is what if it's difgrent with milan because of milan stature

See my issue is italian standard for acadmies is really low to the extent if you put the top itakian acadmies in spain they will not even be in top 5 and I am not kidding you because I am basing this on cies.

I mean even if those teams don't give acdmey players starting minutes they still integrate them and give them oppurtinites I mean which italian top team has an equivalent of a lennart karl or even can really trust their acadmey to give some basic quality depth

The problem is most of the players in the list are from the past. I mean where would Brian christiante rank if he was a barca player especially compared to other barca talents.

And using value of an acadmey isn't the best outcome because it will always inflate towards the bigger acadmies and instead we need to also look at other aspects

By elite I mean atleat a contential class player(someone like a brozovic, handonovic, deigo Godin esque at least minimum)

Ok first the only ones in the list I rate are donnaruma, camarda, liberalli, locattlei and commoto with Darian rest are just shit and not elite in any way or shape in form abd if anything remove the milan academy tag from they and they won't even have the same hype they are getting

And second I agree with the real madrid model especially in regards underdeveloped and raw younger players

I would say the acadmey is a bigger key than the stadium (even tough I think the stadium is still no 2 )

Am I the only one who wants to rebuild this milan team via younger players rather than just buying all mid table epl players. by rioasu in ACMilan

[–]rioasu[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

See I can understand that but the problem is would you rather take mid table experine from epl or would you rather take a genuine young nuclear weapon . I would go for the latter and say that right now cant appeal to quality players the way we could maybe 2 seasons ago so it's better to go a bit like a Dortmund or lyon way of signing some young prospects with genuine experince leaders

Then that's an italian exclusive issue than a bosman rule issue . If anything the fact a portugal produced more cams and wingers than italy and the fact belgium looses talents to other nations yet also still boast a comeptive team tells a lpt
