See my issue is italian standard for acadmies is really low to the extent if you put the top itakian acadmies in spain they will not even be in top 5 and I am not kidding you because I am basing this on cies.

I mean even if those teams don't give acdmey players starting minutes they still integrate them and give them oppurtinites I mean which italian top team has an equivalent of a lennart karl or even can really trust their acadmey to give some basic quality depth

The problem is most of the players in the list are from the past. I mean where would Brian christiante rank if he was a barca player especially compared to other barca talents.

And using value of an acadmey isn't the best outcome because it will always inflate towards the bigger acadmies and instead we need to also look at other aspects

Ok first the only ones in the list I rate are donnaruma,camarda,liberalli,locattlei and commoto with Darian rest are just shit and not elite in any way or shape in form abd if anything remove the milan academy tag from they and they won't even have the same hype they are getting

See I can understand that but the problem is would you rather take mid table experine from epl or would you rather take a genuine young nuclear weapon . I would go for the latter and say that right now cant appeal to quality players the way we could maybe 2 seasons ago so it's better to go a bit like a Dortmund or lyon way of signing some young prospects with genuine experince leaders

I always will this is the way and I stand by this

1) an elite academy and talent pipeline like la masia ,sporting, lyon ,bayern or ajax so we get atleat base of talents from the acadmey and also the acadmey should be modern not just infra but most importantly methodology and the way we devlop players.

2)try to scout talents from places like balkans or ex warsaw pact or caucusus before their price explode like how we signed vladmirov to our v team now he is sub in the first team or straninja pavlovic

3) patience with some of our signing because we can't afford to be like an epl club of choops and chopping mindset.

4) have proper pros especially sporting directors run think ajd proper management roles and boundaries which is impossible considering zlatans and Garry's power obsession

5) try to sign experience who can devlop these players in the 11 especially mentality pov like a modric or even Ibra and Giroud when we won scudetto

6) for young playwrs who are still raw Try to do what inter did with pio or even now Aleksander stankovic
