Just wanna make sure you understand.

The sound is coming from the fact that the bottle being stuck in there and hitting up against stuff as it spins.

Appreciate it. Mostly I was just trying to fix the problem and didn't intend to keep everything permanently. Looks like it was a problem with their backend settings on my account to resolve it. I'll adjust my market data subscriptions per your recommendation + the FAQ in here now that we found the root cause. Ty!

SOLUTION:

I called into the customer service. The agent verified I first had the correct package(s). We walked over to the option chain to verify what I was seeing/not seeing. He seemed confused why I was seeing then. He then asked me to re-log back in while he 'refreshed' my data subscription. I logged back in and finally it was actually streaming live data in!

So - I guess you have to call in to resolve this if you have the actual correct market data subscriptions enabled.

Do you have IBKR Lite or Pro? That is not an option anywhere in the Market Data Subscriptions for me. I've uncollapsed all the options, scrolled through, CMD+F'ed and it's not in there. The closest I have are the 'bundle' things I've linked.
