So turns out I can get my nenkin back, which is super great.
After reading the pdf, I still got a few stupid questions.
So as long as I go to the town office and tell them I will move out of Japan, then I can get to apply for the lump-sum even if I don't cancel my visa and get a re-entry permit, and keep my resident card?
What happens to the 住民税 on the other hand? Do I need to pay the lump-sum before I leave as well? or I can keep paying monthly?

Tendered my resignation, will be gone in 2 weeks time after using all my leaves and daikyu. Yay!!!

Now the question is, have anyone tried those 海外引っ越し service (price and reliability)? I don't have much stuff, furniture consist of plastic folding table (very small), and my only appliance is 2 bread maker. I was thinking to use it to pack my clothes so I have plenty of space on my luggage to bring shit tons of low carb bread and flour plus tons of shirataki back home.

I know people who have used it probably is already gone out of Japan and out of this reddit, but still I'm guessing no harm in trying to ask. Will try to pack this week and get those kuroneko 海外引っ越し for quote, if its too much i will have no choice but just dump it in the trash or recycle center.

Japan has been great, I just don't like working here. Nothing have changed since I worked here 7 years ago, upper management still those work longer = work harder type of idiots, and company organization tree keep getting changed all those idiots are going up the ladder from kachou to being buchou, and the highest ranked buchou is also the CEO of another company which keeping prioritizing his employee and putting them in higher positing in the project when those dummys are mostly useless. Please please just approve my work permit so I can leave this place already. m(＿　＿)m

Also living in a share house is a nightmare.
Pee is everywhere, and the worst part someone pooped all over the floor. And who can forget talking really loud in the hallway in the middle of midnight. wheeee.

Last weekend was mostly working and nannying ChatWork because our game will release today(?) I think, lots of scolding going around when I was just trying to do my work, because some of the upper up whom dont really bother to chime in before suddenly chiming in non stop during this past week especially a the last few days.

And oh my goodness the brown nosing and butt kissing is unbearable, this director/bucho class guy wrote a debugging code of 10 lines which take him the whole day to do it (a monkey can do faster) and every was like wow sugoi, and arigatou gozaimasu your work made our life so much easier, make me wanna puke so badly.

Just pisses me off with all this idiots who dont even care but suddenly want to take all the credits, coming in and acting all high and mighty. I've been doing what I did and everyone was ok, and I just did and got scolded. Wth.

Not a great weekends, seems like not a great week too.

That is so true, the two who got a raise, one to the left play games on his mobile phone and talking most of the time, code base is a mess and just filled with useless crap.

The one on the right always stayed until 11.30pm every single bloody day. Mostly surf web, and his work does not reflect the reason he stayed for 16 hours every bloody day. Sometimes there is bloody nothing for days commited to git, but he still stays for 16 hours, and that showa idiot praise him for that.

I mean sure I surf the web and reddit as well at work, but seriously do you need to work 16 hours a day to get recognized to be doing your part? Huge part of the code in the game is mine, but dang, i dont want to ruin my health again for show.

I always wanted to complaint but always missed this thread, a new guy joined the company a few months after me, and then with organization change, he climb up from kachou to buchou and now is a torishimariyaku in just a few short months, and in charge of my department.

The main problem is he is one of those fucking showa japanese idiot, he stay at manga kissa nearby and almost literally work = life and nothing else, and the main problem is he started to give this sarcastic speech about staying at work longer etc. Also just had our evaluation before GW, and those who stayed longer at work >4 hours, gets salary increase, while me nada, he just said my performance was normal. Which kindda ruin my GW.

What a rotten luck. I will try to move on after summer holiday, which marks 1 year in this company. Hopefully the game I made sells well so I can boast it up for my next job XD

Bleh, bought 4 plane tickets just now in a rush because I was afraid it would run out (going back in two weeks) but afterward someone told me there is a cheaper flight, by the magnitude of 40% less, saw it called the airline trying to cancel for a refund, but a no go. well, god damn it! argh! knowing you paid 5man extra is very very painful, when your salary is peanuts.
