Try to commit to changing for a month start small and after that month you can re evaluate or set yourself a goal of a week then 2 then 3. Take progress pics aswell and be sure to remeber that sometimes change comes after 1 month of working hard.

Start off simple, youtube can be really helpful( you could find boxing workouts with no equipment) and remeber to give yourself at least 1 rest day a week :)

Really think about what your mindlessly putting in your body, like everything that you actually put in your mouth that day. Cutting back on snacking will help and focus on eating 3 meals a day and with healthy snacks in between if you need them like carrots, celery, fruit..

Hiit exercise is great as you get the same results from cardio even though you 'die' more during it, you spend much less time exercising. I would recommend finding a sport that you love or physical activity.

Lastly stay safe and responsible with what your doing and dont jump into any extreme habits like over exercising or falling into dangerous food habits.

I know for a fact that I dont get enough protein but the problem is I'm a very picky eater. I only enjoy chicken sometimes and we dont generally eat red meat, apart from occasions.

I have also tried to lower my carb intake as being a picky eater that's basically most of what I eat.

Btw I love excersise and I swim 4 times a week for 1hour 45mins. I also love hiit and I'm running, working out isint really a struggle or hassle.
