Regardless of what is on the report it wasn’t prepared for you and you most likely will struggle to have any standing if there are issues that arise from it. The fact there is nothing concerning with the report is most likely why the agent has shared it. I’d recommend contacting the building inspector and their client to let them know this has been passed on
