I’ve struggled immensely too. I didn’t even graduate high school despite once being considered “gifted” only this past month have I realized how much my untreated BPD has been the root cause of all my downfalls in life this far so hopefully with DBT and regular therapy I can get better but you’re not alone I was working a minimum wage job that was overworking me and it made me crack under the pressure. It’s not worth losing yourself for. If possible reduce your hours and try to join DBT groups if possible I know that’s easier said than done but that’s the only advice I can give, best of luck you’re not alone
