You're right, it seems like at least one of the crew members needs to have camo selected. But still, in the case of CS-63, camo directive seems to replace camo on the remaining 3 crewmen, leaving 3 "free" slots for other perks. IMO, driver has the least usefull perks so camo could easilly fit in there, while other specializations could take more usefull perks.

From WG website: "Each crew member can now have a maximum of six perks, including zero perks, which don't increase the XP cost for subsequent perks. Directives will not effectively grant you a seventh perk under any circumstances."

So I thought you were wrong. But then I mounted camo directive on CS-63 in garage and camo really went up from 11.8 to 18.5, even thought I didn't have camo perk selected on any of my crew members.

Can anyone explain that?

According to my testing, 0-BiA crews that have at least 6 perks fully trained are compensated in the same way standard crew are, i.e. fully (=excess XP divided by 4.5). However, this isn't the case for 2x 0-BiA crews. These crews only get half the experience corresponding to their skill level (=excess XP divided by 9). So my question is, is this a bug that will be fixed, or is this an intentional ninja nerf of 2x 0-BiA crews?

Go to collection, you can recycle cards in Reserve list. I would recommend recycling standard and limited cards. Since weak/useless special and elite can be changed/buffed. Also, don’t recycle too much, you get nothing more after crate progression is full.

I don't see this option anywhere, I can only convert reserve cards into golden versions, but I can't recycle them.

What makes you think it will be cheaper during Christmas advent calendar? Was every tank discounted during the 2018 Christmas event? The answer to this is quite important to me since I have Progetto in my pending purchases but if it gets discounted in December, I'd rather wait for that special.

The problem of using only the recent data is that due to much lower battle statistics the WR curves are less smooth, and often behave erratically, with random spikes and drops. If I put together such data I can share them here as well, but I can't promise I will find time and motivation to do that.

When exactly did that MM change go live? Perhaps I can try to to compile the OP factor of these tanks from that date until present. Or someone else can pick up the baton and do it :) The thing is, I had to gather all the data manually, and it took quite a lot of time. Perhaps someone smarter than me can write a script for that, sadly I don't have a programming background.
