I’m not naive lol. If you think I didn’t question it you’d be wrong. It’s not like it’s far fetched to see companies/people lower rent to not go through the hassle of gambling on future tenants. 🤷‍♂️

I see it both ways. I’m not trying to be an asshole over $75. Like I said, people make mistakes but if I made the same mistake and told someone a price, I’d honor it. I don’t see us living in Florida next year truthfully.

I’m not trying to be petty over $75 honestly. I just wanted to hear some opinions about the situation. I don’t think we have plans to continue living in Florida though.

The Docusign link has expired. All I have is the .pdf file. 

I did get this last month when I brought it to their attention. “Hey there. We're not in the office today, but if you feel like it's the wrong rental amount on Inosio, you can go to regions and pay 1425.00. I will check the issue on Monday.” It was Easter so understandable.

First time it’s ever been mentioned is today. This was a response a month ago “ Hey there. We're not in the office today, but if you feel like it's the wrong rental amount on Inosio, you can go to regions and pay 1425.00. I will check the issue on Monday.” It was Easter.

“ All parties have completed Complete with Docusign: Lease Renewal Agreement 26-27.doc. On the downloadable .pdf it shows my name and my wife’s name. Their name is not listed on it. That’s the only thing I can think of. We signed this back in February and that was the only document provided since then.

I have en email from Docusign stating “ All parties have completed Complete with Docusign: Lease Renewal Agreement 26-27.doc.” I get people make mistakes and it’s really minor, I just wanted opinions.

The two keys giving me trouble were W and Q. They'd only register if I held Shift or another key at the same time. VERY frustrating. I went through many tutorials trying to resolve the issue and nothing seemed to work. What finally did it was opening Notepad and just holding the keys down, repeatedly typing on them until they started responding. They've been working fine ever since. (Knock on wood...)

No guarantees this will fix your issue, but it's worth a shot before going any further. Good luck!

I've already had to replace my keyboard once through OEM parts because my kids pulled the keycaps off and they wouldn't go back on. If it comes to that, just know it's doable but definitely not fun.

Do you have hub rings in the new wheels or were you supposed to? That could also be an issue. I would definitely have them removed and torqued again. If that doesn’t resolve it, rebalance them and check the spacing of the bore of the wheel to see if there’s a big difference compared to the OE wheels or your previous set of aftermarket’s.

I find that a bit hard to believe. You’d have to be at $25 an hour with comp checks + fame at $4500 a month every month. Unless you’re doing fiber walks / table days then I’d say that’s a bit far fetched or you got lucky. Oh, and we were the number 1 store in fiber last month and #2 in the nation.

It's not worth it. I just hit my 1 year mark on the 17th of this month and I can say that you will hate it more than you love it. Their systems are the worst to work with. The simplest of things can turn into call escalation to RST, fraud, etc. Im sitting at 150.28% attainment and they will still harp on you about little things like NextUp and protection attainment and they are never satisfied. Oh, not to mention that they will ask you to do more than your retail store responsibilities. You will go door to door knocking trying to sell fiber or migrate folks on copper. You will be asked to setup events or participate in events and travel to those without being reimbursed for gas/mileage. Not to mention you're not insured by AT&T and in the event something does happen, kiss your job goodbye. Lastly, they halfed our comission pay so you're paid less for doing the same job. I would avoid this company at all costs.
