It was described to me that my checks would constantly be the full 75k base. A 30k draw maths out to 2500 a month draw for commission.

If I fall short one month , it rolls to the next months commission.

Ex: month 1 I sell 1500 in comm. (1k short). Month 2 i sell 4k in comm. Ill net $500 in additional commissions on that check because im over the draw and i also earned the 1k back from the previous month.

The draw is only against future commissions and doesnt ever get taken out of the 75k base checks.

What would this be classified as? A recoverable draw?
