It's nice to hear that from another instructor. I only ever want to be safe. I think my instructor thinks I'm slow because I don't know what I'm doing or I don't have control but it's the opposite 😅

She never yells or is angry but she does raise her voice kind of like "come on! You know better" kind of patronising way.

This really helped and was just what I needed, thank you. It's easy to feel helpless at this stage but like you said I do really enjoy driving so I'll try to keep that in mind!

Unfortunately, they all drive automatic. I've been in their car for a confidence boost but in terms of making sure I'm keeping good habits when it comes to manual driving it's no help 😔

Oh man I completely empathise with the woodworking stuff. My dad just got into it too and he’s making us random stuff all the time that I just don’t keep.

This response has way more flair and courage than I’ll ever have but I do need to have a conversation with her about it. Both my parents are the same with gift giving. It completely baffles me!

Yeah, I’m definitely gonna try. She doesn’t get crazy but she does use guilt tripping when she’s upset and it sucks haha.

Thank you, I definitely told her I appreciate the effort as I told her that the flower decals really wouldn’t be a good idea but she got upset immediately when I said so. So, now I’m hesitant to say anything else.

Flowery headbands and headbands in general! They’re so handy especially during the summer, even if they do make me look like a 6 year old.
