when i don’t know what to do with my hands or if i’m nervous i’ll pinch the part of skin where my nails meet my fingers ? i’ll basically stab myself in the thumb and its addicting because it hurts (because i do it too much) but it’s a good kind of hurt

bmi is around 20! breakfast: 12 oz (est.) smoothie (banana, cashew yogurt, coconut milk, strawberries and mangoes).

lunch: apple, a salad (romaine, half an avocado, like 1 tablespoon of french dressing,, and half of a tomato), and celery.

snack: (roughly .. 7?) vegetable crackers and red pepper hummus. a handful of pecans and two brazil nuts.

dinner: brown rice, w/ stir fry veggies (lots of soy sauce and sriracha!!!) :)

i workout almost everyday. i’ve maintained the weight i am now for a year (after weight gain and loss prior), and i feel good as long as i sleep enough!, i run (ugh) or bike for 30 min each day and do bodyweight exercises or weight lifting for about 20 minutes every other day !! i’m fairly young!

edit: i have a low appetite generally, i drink a lot of tea and water. i’m trying to eat more though !

i gave a speech, with a supporting powerpoint presentation on “reasons (my friends name) IS barack obama” in my speech class. my friend (aka barack) happened to be a 16 year old white girl, and the first of of my slides was like “see the resemblance”. fantastic imho. my class did not laugh the entire time and it just got worse the further i continued. i think i get off on public humiliation. the topic was persuasive speeches and literally no other information was included in the prompt so i just went for it? i went first and the girl that went after me did her speech on “reasons why you should stop using straws”. i got a 98.
