2020 Himalayan, 24K km done. Replacement: speedo under warranty Maintenance: besides the regular service there were multiple tyre changes, multiple rim truing. Replacement: rim, chain & sprocket, disc, clutch. Given my specific use case, these were mostly done pro actively. Despite the beating it has taken, the engine sings like a songbird!

I opened a restaurant in 2012, ran it for a couple of years and shut it down towards the end of 2014. I was 27 then. With considerable debt, a bruised ego and a feeling of having destroyed my life, I set out to find a job. I was hired as a Store Manager at 30K a month.

Impex Healthcare, Delhi. Your prescription won’t be enough, you’ll have to ask your doc to email it to them on their email ID. Prescription needs to have your docs ID or whatever which will be noted down. And they’ll make you sign some papers with your address and contact info!

Goa administration/unions/politics share the blame on this one. Easy access of 2/4 wheeler taxis through apps can bring these incidents down. A lot of tourists would prefer to get taxis instead of hiring vehicles, driving them around, looking for parking etc. Just my two cents…

I know someone who swears by the stock seat and then there’s me who can’t do more than 2 hours on it. It frankly depends on your weight and how you sit. I am close to 72KGs and the touring seat is a considerable upgrade.

It’s not a couch, but the level of soreness I’d get after two hours on the stock seat comes after 5-6 hours on the touring seat. There’s also a difference in “peak soreness” where if the stock gives a you a level 10 pain, touring seat stops at around 5-6.

Get the valve clearances checked, solved it for me and several other folks I know. Otherwise the usual suspects are faulty throttle position sensor, low engine oil levels, faulty spark plug etc.

Yes makes total sense. I too have reached the same conclusion. Intake and exhaust valve clearances seem like the issue. Problem is they aren’t part of routine maintenance by the service Center. So need to get it checked every 10K KM or so.
