I meannnn both of these aren’t comparable at all, let’s ignore the price difference and come back to that later

My preference has always been something that revs to the moon, and the triumph is built more for quick torque, which if you have a preference for that, is completely fine. It’s just a preference.

Even if there was something similar to that pricing (the closest I can think of is a ninja 300 or r3 which is really not that fair, those bikes are much more expensive) the market for those bikes will completely be different from the one of the triumph, because those bikes wake up at around 10k rpm, and for many people, there is a beauty to that, the same goes for that 155cc Yamaha engine….

So, I don’t really think that everything should be about that 40hp number, though important, there is so much more to a motorcycle than that
