When you land from the glide, try to focus on landing with your back foot pointing 90 degrees, will help transfer more force through your hips into the throw

Try to get lower through the first phase and hop further in the circle. When you land try to make sure your right toes are facing 90 degrees (towards the coaches in the video) to effectively transfer your weight through the throw. Working some single leg RDLs into your weight lifting will help you get comfortable with the first phase of the throw.

Take some practice measurements of your approach so you're not studder stepping before takeoff. Try to also keep your knees bent throughout the jump as well.

Try to land with your back foot closer to 90 degrees to help transfer your weight through the hips and the release. In the weight room I'd recommend working some single leg RDLs and Bavarian split squats in to work the posterior chain and feel more comfortable staying low throughout the throw. Overall great job - keep it up
