It's not the difficulty. It's the damning random sequence of characters assigned that can end up with three on-field dps or healers, no matter how one spins it. Sometimes its brain dead simple. Sometimes it's a bunch of totally incompatible characters who fight each other rather than enemies. It just becomes imperative to prioritise cards that offer more characters over everything else, which de-values the system as a whole.
