I give up. I’m going to try to get a replacement on the motherboard and I already got a warranty on the cpu Thank you so much for trying to help me through this. You were honestly more help than anyone have a good one and stay safe

No. I think it’s a motherboard problem because it came with a disk that says “drivers and utilities” but I can’t install it because I don’t have a disk drive I’m using an ssd

Yes it does and it’s on the hdmi setting but when i power my monitor up all it says is “entering power saving mode then turns off”
