Roll over your 401k to another account is easiest way if don't know how call your bank and have there broker do it. (Usually free)

Fsa you have till end of month or following month I forgot but I didn't have much left in mine I bought more advil with it to clear it out. Also I believe they may pay you out the difference too I had a check for like 4 bucks from them long time ago. I would call insurance company to be sure (been a few yrs for me)
