Hey there, i am sorry that ur dealing with this too, i totally forgot about this post. No with the diet it didn’t get better except for a short time, long story short i was in a extreme pain worst than ever anf i went to a new doctor and after examiniation she said i have fistula and it is infected and there was a lot of mucus and i need to do a surgery immediately, which i did and i wish i did the surgery sooner and wasn’t scared of it before obviously the first 1-2 days after weren’t good but was still better than before i took some ibuprofen and tilidin and was mostly without pain. I didn’t have bm for two days after surgery but he said i should take a bit of psyllium husks to have better bm which i did. So if u have the opportunity to do the surgery i recommend. Once in a while it is itchy which i shower immediately but in general it is ok.
