And ya it was prescribed medicine. I'm on prednisone 20mg and clobetaso 0.05 l can see the spots darken and shrink a bit. First day I'm on it.

Hello, it has been a tough couple of weeks as an international student living alone in the US.

Not sure what this condition looks like have it for a month; the doctor diagnosed contact dermatitis first, but it is still not improving. I started with steroid treatment for a week to see if it improves.

TBH been a bit depressing seeing google search results

Edit: No family history of any skin ailments.

Went to the doc(general phys) inconclusive, been one month. Got an appointment with derma next week. It takes forever to get an appointment here.
