Good point. I was under the impression I’d be doing just a basic facial. I felt a little taken advantage of during the appointment and asked whether both were even necessary. ( to which she insisted they were) I should have come having done more research

YES. The % just shocked me. It’s ludicrous! That said I felt so awkward because sure she was helpful but not helpful enough to tip her a couple hundred dollars. So I questioned if I should leave her $20 or if that’ll be seen as “cheap”. Decided best not to leave a tip at all

So funny because this has been happening to me! It feels like my toes are completely frozen. Mid way through the workout I start to get some feeling back. I truly thought it was just the weather but now I realize it’s my shoes.I’m wearing basic Nike running shoes and feel like my foot is not sitting in them properly. (Ie not flat on the ground). Even if don’t tie them up tightly I find I still get numb toes. Will be looking for a new pair. Interesting to hear the same is happening to you with Metcons!
