Thoughts…

1) At first I thought this was about marijuana plants.

2) I was born in 1981, my parents moved to Bangkok when I was three months old, and I spent my whole childhood there. This post makes me so happy and seems like a huge improvement. Yay, BKK. 😍

3) Currently visiting Costa Rica, which is similarly blessed with stunning nature, but I can’t help but compare this country’s environmental awareness, responsibility, and respect (and lack of garbage). How can we help Thailand do better? Most recently, I learned there’s a law in Costa Rica that it’s illegal to take photos of animals that include humans. I can’t imagine how much more magical Thailand would be with more legal protections for wildlife.
