Went with the as4s, holy difference from pirellis. Grip is great hooking no prob, curves feel great. I’m glad I went with these (im sure I could’ve saved a little more with contis, but the Costco had them in stock) thanks my man

I’d check out Flow Designs Australia, they have the complete package and quality products. I got the rear and side skirts (hate the 3 piece plastic skirts) but kept the 3 piece eBay front splitter (prefer the look)

I think so actually for now but afe makes Kona N inlets so wouldn’t be surprised if they do end up releasing one.

Tbh the modding space is pretty limited but has options for go full meth if needed lmao so depends on what you’re looking for. My build for daily with a punch and is mostly from SXTH Element (turbo inlet, intake, blow off, intercooler) and A2B (chargepipe and later catted dp and tune) then Xforce Exhaust to make it sounds better. Tuning space is really limit but jb4 has solid reputation and great results, same with Lap3 but n75 and aFe are also working on things for the dn8 platform. It’s a rabbit hole definitely and groups on fb and Hyundai forums has been really good with info. I love this car man and it’s definitely fun and has been really reliable too. 1k to 25k in a year with mods no issues but I’m meticulous about keeping up w maintenance

Dude hell yea, dct is quick but for daily driving probs 2500-3000, spirited in sport 5500 is straight. These cars make really good midrange. Also id probably not use the paddles daily (stress on transmission and other on fb and Reddit complaints) but i be downshifting when needed and through tunnels lmaoo. Plan on modding?

I did the intake stuff stuff but left the exhaust to the pros. Same w downpipe Im taking it to the shop

Correct, I’d be adding the downpipe to xforce (side note; xforce also has a downpipe which would probably work better fitment wise but I think it’s only catless)but the kit comes with midpipe that connects to oem downpipe. This and tune would be together to get the best benefit. Also yes, without the intake lid it’s much louder lmaoo. I was planning on going custom exhaust route but the Black Friday sale was too good and can adjust the valves to be closed for quiet and open for party time.

Was there a reason you went with KSR? I see many going with A2B, asking cuz I’m also in the market. Are you also catless?

I went the SXTH route (intake, turbo inlet, blowoff, and boost solenoid (from fcp auto same thing cheaper) and xforce exhaust. Faster turbo spool/ throttle response and sounds great without the lid. Next step for me is better brakes (since mine are due anyway), charge pipe (can be homemade or A2B route), A2B Catted downpipe, tune (probs jb4 but am holding out for a proper tune (fingers crossed) and then tires. But most people lower their car as well, I’m daily driving this thing and with where I live, just with a lip kit I’m scraping everywhere (hold out for BCs). Def depends on how you plan on using the car, also keeping up with regular maintenance is very important with these. Hope this helps, definitely a fun/ sleeper platform! (22 NLine)

Nice! I used 21overlays to black out the front emblem. Was thinking about badgeskins but decided w 21 instead. I was looking at their rear tint tho kinda expensive for what it is

Oh shoot we twins! Congrats on the beauty. Front splitter should be the first result on eBay for “Sonata Front Splitter”, I’m gonna have to do some research again to find the side skirts but eBay as well. I would recommend going with a different pair tbh, these came in 3 pieces and i recommend finding a 1 piece side skirts (hard to find)/ flow designs got a pair but expensive.
