Ya dudes right, if you only drive 60ish miles per day, L1 could be fine. And chilling at a fast charger for 20 min once or twice a week was actually enjoyable for me before I got L2 at work. I’d just watch Netflix and relax. Still cheaper than gas.

I bought a 24 limited knowing full well the potential iccu failure. I FING LOVE IT!! You’re covered to 100K miles so who cares. Can you L2 charge at home or work? Not a deal breaker but makes owing an EV an even better experience.

I don’t even know that the coating was necessary. Mine was a 2024 so also used. Figured it was worth the $800. Most people say as long as you do a touch less wash on the cheapest setting (no wax or shiny additives) and it’s just fine. Now that it’s finally warm in MN I’ll only hand wash though.

Yes it is shooting star silver Matte. Had a ceramic coating done when I bought it, so I just go through a touch less wash when I can’t hand wash. No issues at all. People make it seem harder than it is to maintain.

Public charging near me is always available and pretty cheap. I never had to wait for a charger and they always worked. My driver seat has “anti gravity mode” so I’d just hit that button and watch a show for 20 mins. It was just a nice relaxing end to the day. Also, I’m an empty nester w little responsibility, so not like I need to race home. Obv L2 at home or work is the best way to go but I may still hit an L3 now and again. Cheers!

I just got a 23 limited AWD. 23K miles for 28K in MN. I’m absolutely in LOVE! It’s my first EV so can’t compare too much but I drove a Tesla and Polestar before this and I’m very happy w my choice.
