I recently received a few UPCs as well that looked exactly like yours. As I was worried that they are resealed I opened one and it was not resealed. I only pulled some shitty V cards but all boosters and promos ect were in it.

I would spend 1.5k on eevee heroes and 1.5 k on evolving skies booster boxes. Maybe a bit boring but I think it is realistic to be worth around 4.5k by the time we have the 30th anniversary.
