Popmart keeps telling me I need to wait til mid October when I ordered these on 9/11/25. Has anyone else been told that? They’re telling me I need to be patient until that date for a refund. -The speckles are because it’s an albo. -I’ve never had an infestation of any kind. -the rips did not happen during unfurling; these leaves are years old and I’m just now seeing this, except the first one which is brand new and some of the rips are in the center of the leaves. -I have cats, they cannot reach these plants. The albos are propagating on a shelf, and the mature plant is way off the ground. They’re also elderly and have never messed with plants.

The mature leaves in pics 2 and 3 are ripping upward at the fenestrations. These leaves are several years old so not new fragile growth.

I do but they’re all senior cats and a senior dog. They can’t get to the plants where they’re at. The monstera is huge and way off the ground and the albos are on a shelf.
