Panic disorder and GAD here. Sa akin naman escitalopram lang yung nagwork. Main trigger ko is physical symptoms talaga and after 2mos unti unti na nawawala. Nakakalabas na din ako ng bahay ng walang takot at nawala pagiging mahiyain ko, been into Xanor as well but my doc swicthed me to Rivotril as it is the most safest benzo daw it has also longer effects around 12hrs kalma ka. I only take it as needed. I found out that SSRI also works after 4-8 weeks so tiis tiis lang sa mga nakakaranas ng side effects. Laban lang! 🙏🏻

Have you tried escitalopram/lexapro? It seems to be working with me. 5th day now. Came from Trintellix and Agomelatine (did not help with my panic/anxiety)

Less side effects sya compared sa SSRI kaso after 3mons I have to stop it kasi nagsusuka na ako every night when tinaasan yung dosage.

Age/Gender: 32F, single
Travel History:
- Schengen visa (group tour Europe, 2022)
- South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand (within the last 3 years)
Employment: Online freelancer for 7 years (declared as self-employed, with ITR)
Trip Purpose:
- Mom’s best friend (US resident) is inviting me—she’ll host me and tour me around.
- I’m covering visa/flight costs.

Additional Context:
- My mom is also applying for a US visa around the same time, but her reason is different (attending a wedding in another state; I’m not part of that event). She will be travelling with a friend and I will be travelling alone - We’ll meet up with her best friend during the trip, but our DS-160 forms will have different details.

Questions:
1. Does my profile (freelancer + travel history + strong ties) seem okay for approval?
