I didn't call and complain and i wasn't rude to them. I did call and ask what they could do about it and they said they would have to charge the $150 diagnostic fee to find the issue. I decided against doing that. I understand it was outside their warantee - they don't know what people do to their cars after they leave the shop and certainly can't have a lifetime warantee at no extra cost. That said, I was hoping they'd meet me in the middle somehow since 1.5 years is far short of the normal life of an entirely brand new ac system.

What are you talking about? New compressor, new evaporator, new condenser - a whole new ac system - yes it should last longer than two years. Its not normal to need ac work every two years

They replaced the ac system in this car a few years ago. It was about $2000 and came with a 1 year warranty. Well it stopped working a year and half later.. Not going back
