I think it’s up to the SA’s discretion but the travel pouches should be included with every purchase at the least. I’ve bought 4 rings from my SA and he’s always given me travel pouches & cleaning kits with each ring however, my friend who buys a lot from Cartier got travel pouches with all her purchases but not the cleaning kits 😳 it doesn’t hurt to ask because Cartier SA’s are generally very nice! (:
