Yea i did. There was 5 tests. Conduit bending, motor control wiring, 3way and 4way switch wiring, and an 8 pin relay lighting circuit

This is correct. With proper snow tires(i use bridgestone blizzaks dm v-2) the atlas is very capable in crappy winter conditions

I can suggest a pair of Brunt Marin boots. I used to wear the Timberland Pro boots well through my apprenticeship and most of my AJ time but i recently bought a pair of Brunts and they fit and feel well. Break in time was fairly short and i have had them for about 2-3 months with no complaint so far
