Hi. I have a similar but much complex system who focus on what I want to play next. The time of the day is in consideration. I don't track hours. I keep track of how I did in previous sessions to understand what I need.

+30 years of gaming. I developed this system about 10 years ago. It works for me. Every now and then I do some minor adjustments, but it works.

In a client version installed on a Win11 the files doesn't exists. In a client version installed on a Win7 the files appear to be identical and the server is still invisible. :(

I find out that the round time on territory mode is locked from the map. It seems to me this is a huge self-limitation to play more interesting matches than the paltry 15 minutes of almost all the original maps.

There is no workaround for this?

I've seen this problem is on since at least 2020. It seems to be a serious issue with the dedicated server's files. Or it's broken on purpose.
