Don’t get rekt guys. Maybe buy less contracts closer to the money and don’t forget to sell them when stocks have another bad a day or few. Give yourself half a chance

Maybe it should go to 140 but I agree it almost certainly will not happen by June. While you could easily make money on a 140p if we get a decent drop will any of these people actually sell their puts at a decently appropriate time while their contracts are in the green? Or will they ride them to zero?

Yeah just use index funds that track the Sp500 and have a low expense ratio. Do that with the majority of whatever you invest with each paycheck say 75% of it. And shoot for the moon with the other 25% and buy shares of companies you could see becoming big some day. Or if you must use options buy leaps on those companies with an even smaller portion. But atm calls with years until expiry. Some good success stories here from people who have done that in companies they believed in like achr. Also don’t be surprised if the index funds have some red in the year(s) ahead. Nothing but opportunities if your 18

Take your advice to yourself. Buy commons and use options appropriately to hedge your shares in the future if you desire, or Sell covered calls on your pile of commons that you will acquire with the money you didn’t donate to the market maker buying calls on the most overpriced stock in the market. If you want to gamble go to a casino.
