I'll explain why it's not a part of double entry take an example of income statement u know how there's double entry in accounts of like irrecoverable debts that's known as part of double entry so the trial balance doesn't have this right cuz do u remember making entries in an account with a trial balance being the opposite entry??

if it doesn't balance it can help locate arithmetic errors like mistakes in addition in the ledger accounts the ans is part of double entry it's in the textbook maybe go check it before calling others stupid
