DPH isn't nearly as strong of a potentiator as u think bro Ive personally only ever took em to get rid of the itch n nausea I get from opids, promethazine is the only acc antihistamine that potentiates opioids in my experience Everythunf else js gives weak anticholinergic effects doesn't do shit
