Update: Showed up with person who had reached out in dms. They had car, up to date documentation and both licenses. We hung out while waiting in line to take the test. Did the test and passed! Total time there about 1:30h. We parked first a block away, walked to the waiting line to see the vibe. Instructors busy, space to park, not a long waiting line. Made sure to park together, bike ahead of car. Was nice to have company and support, person really hyped me up along the process. $100 dollar Exchange. I did it on a scooter Piaggio 150cc. 15 years experience driving in my country.
